Retail Orders Return Policy
If you purchase a standard catalog piece from our retail store, you have a 14-day inspection window from the date of courier delivery.
- Items must be in pristine, unused condition with original dust bag and tags.
- Personalized items with custom hot-foil monogramming or custom-tailored jackets are non-returnable.
- Return international shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless an error occurred in dispatch.
B2B & Wholesale Orders
Bulk OEM, private label, and wholesale productions are governed by the approved pre-production golden sample.
- Production strictly matches the approved sample specifications, leather grade, and tolerance limits.
- In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect or material divergence, we repair or replace the affected items at our expense.
- Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of cargo receipt with photographic documentation.
