Production & Handling Timelines
In-stock catalog items are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days following confirmation of payment. Custom bespoke pieces and made-to-order jackets require 7 to 12 business days for artisanal pattern cutting and assembly. For bulk B2B manufacturing, production schedules are fixed upon prototype approval (typically 3 to 5 weeks).
Customs, Duties & Export Documentation
Every shipment departing our facility is accompanied by formal export paperwork: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Origin (COO) where required.
Import duties and local value-added taxes (VAT/GST) levied by the destination country's customs authority are determined by local tariff regulations. For retail orders, these charges are the recipient's responsibility upon delivery. For enterprise B2B shipments, Incoterms (DDP, DAP, CIF, or FOB) will be clearly agreed in your commercial invoice.
Export Packaging Standards
Leather is an organic material that must breathe while remaining protected from moisture during transit. Every LuxHide product is packed inside a breathable cotton dust cover, supported with shape-preserving internal tissue stuffing, and sealed in heavy-duty export-grade corrugated cartons.
