1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing https://www.luxhideofficial.com, submitting inquiries, or purchasing products via our backend order portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable export regulations of Pakistan.

2. Nature of Headless Showcase Site

The website www.luxhideofficial.com functions strictly as an informational and visual showcase of our artisanal capabilities and catalog. All commercial orders, transaction records, and inventory checkout operations are processed via our secure backend engine (shop.luxhideofficial.com) or via formal corporate proforma invoices for B2B contracts.

3. B2B Quotations & Production Contracts

• Validity of Quotations: Formal manufacturing price quotes remain valid for 30 calendar days due to raw material and hide market fluctuations.
• Sample Sign-Off: Full-scale bulk production only commences once the client has physically inspected and formally approved the pre-production sample (or waived physical review in writing).
• Manufacturing Tolerances: Leather is an organic natural material; slight natural variations in hide texture, grain density, and tone are inherent to the craft. Dimensional tolerances of ±0.5 cm are accepted across hand-cut leather goods.

4. Payment Terms & Currency

Payments are accepted via Direct Bank Wire Transfer (IBAN / SWIFT). For B2B OEM manufacturing, production commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50%), with the balance due prior to export dispatch or against original shipping documentation.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

For private label and OEM clients: All proprietary tech packs, custom brand logos, hardware molds, and trade designs provided by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. LuxHide agrees not to reproduce, resell, or distribute proprietary client silhouettes to third parties.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any manufacturing agreements executed hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sialkot / Lahore, Pakistan.
